Therapeutic Approach:

"WHAT YOU ARE TO BE,

YOU ARE NOW BECOMING"

about me

"Often we feel isolated, alone and disconnected.  You may be fed up with feelings of anxiety or depression or struggling with low self worth. Are negative beliefs about yourself driving destructive behaviors? You might not even remember a time when things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for change. You’re ready to feel heard and understood, to be able to speak your truth.  Most of all, you’re ready to love yourself again, to uncover your dreams and to face your future with hope. You're ready to find the greatness you deserve and I can help you get there.

Clients come to me looking for someone who is thoughtful and approachable because therapy should be a place where you feel safe & validated. Therapy is more than just talking; we will build a partnership that allows for freedom and safety as we dive deeply into undoing rigid expectations you have for yourself and uncovering your authentic self (with some humor sprinkled in). We always go at your pace, focusing on our relationship and the safety of the place we create together.

With years of experience working with youth and their families,  I believe that the stress and pressure from family/friends, school/work and internal expectations can take their toll. I am a client focused therapist that uses an eclectic approach of creativity, problem solving, insight and interventions designed to tame the inner critic, increase your confidence, and have the relationships you desire. You don’t have to continue to feel stuck, and you don’t have to do it alone. Call me today for a free consultation. I can’t wait to hear from you."
